Pomara Organic Pomegranate Extract

Been dealing with high blood pressure since my late 40s. I take lisinopril but my numbers were still borderline at every checkup. Started this about 5 weeks ago and at my last appointment my doctor literally said "whatever you changed, keep it up." First time in years she didn't suggest upping my dose. I'm not saying it's a miracle but something is working.

Didn't notice anything the first two weeks honestly. Almost returned it. But around week 3-4 my home monitor started showing lower numbers in the morning. Not a dramatic drop but consistent. Giving it 4 stars because I wish the capsules were smaller, they're a little hard to swallow.

She said I stopped getting up at 2am. I didn't even realize. My blood pressure had been all over the place and I was sleeping terrible. About a month in and I'm sleeping through most nights now and my readings are way more stable. Could be coincidence but I'm not stopping.

This is gonna sound weird but my hands and feet were always ice cold. Like even in summer. My doctor said it was circulation. Three weeks on this and I actually have warm hands again?? I wasn't even taking it for that reason. Took it for blood pressure but this was a bonus I didn't expect.

I'm 58 and my BP has been an issue for about 6 years. I've tried garlic, CoQ10, magnesium, fish oil. You name it. This is the first one where I've actually seen my home readings come down. Only giving 4 stars because I want to see if it holds up over the next few months. So far so good though.

Just placed my second order. My numbers are better, I have more energy in the afternoon, and I just feel better overall. Not much else to say. It works.

I watched my dad go through two different BP medications with side effects that made him miserable. I'm not anti-medication but when my own pressure started creeping up I wanted to try everything else first. This brought my systolic down about 12 points over 6 weeks. My doctor is monitoring but said we can hold off on meds for now. That alone is worth it to me.

My blood pressure used to be all over the map. 145 one morning, 128 the next, then back up to 150. Since taking this it's been so much more consistent. I check every morning and it's been hovering around 125-130 for the last 3 weeks. That's huge for me.
